ULSC outline plans for the year ahead

In June this year, the University of London Collegiate Council announced plans to disband Student Central, the source of ULSC's funding and BUSA affiliation. A successful petition by UOL students past and present delayed any decision until December 2020 - buying vital time.

Since then, the University of London SC have been working tirelessly to ensure the long-term future of the sailing club. The incoming committee have written a fantastic piece on the work they have been doing. See below for the full update.

The London Castaways are in close contact with the student committee to help ensure that the long history of ULSC is not erased and that future generations of student sailors

can continue to access sailing as both a competitive and leisure sport.

They update also discusses club activity this academic year in light of COVID-19, including how the club will reach out to and stay in contact with prospective and current members.
